When Hicks Construction was founded in 1979, Jerry Hicks may not have known that his building resume would span from residential remodeling to excavation, spec homes, and land development in just a matter of years. Proving himself to be a Jack-of-All-Trades, Jerry has taken his passion and applied that to building, remodeling and renovating for almost every type of client, budget, and project size.

His ability to meet the needs of so many different clients inspired him to create a design-build firm where those specific needs could be met with an expert team that he trusted time and time again.

Jerry is involved in all aspects of building and uses his technical knowledge and cutting edge construction techniques to get the job done right. Not one to hang up his hard hat, Jerry is an on-hands developer whose goal is to personally offer his clients competitive production no matter the scale of the project.
